Early Bird Commercial Plots are Awards at DHA Quetta's Balloting Ceremony

On March 20, DHA Quetta held a balloting ceremony to award commercial plots to Early Bird investors. At the Creek Club in DHA Karachi, the ceremony was organized. Many real estate experts, DEFCLAREA, and numerous real estate agencies attended this event.

During this event, the DHA Quetta Administrator officially inaugurated the authority’s regional office in Karachi. The regional office of Karachi, located at 38-C Main Bukhari commercial Lane-11 Phase-6 DHA Karachi, is formally opened. 

Plots on the DHA Quetta are part of the Early Bird Commercial-2023 deal. These files are currently 4 marlas, 8 marla, and 1 Kanal in size. Moreover, some rules have been charted to buy and sell these commercial plots. 

According to the news, the selling plots and the person buying must be in the DHA Quetta Office. In addition, a sales agreement and a productive form will need to be completed.

Lastly, there is a transfer fee for the transfer of plots, PKR 45,000 for 4-marla, PKR 90,000 for 8 marlas, and PKR 2,25,000 for 1 Kanal.
