The Implementation of the Rural Area Project has been approved by the CDA

Rural Area Development Projects aim to improve the quality of life in rural areas by providing basic infrastructure such as roads, water supply systems, health centers, and education facilities. These projects are designed to promote sustainable development and economic growth in rural areas, with a focus on poverty reduction and social equity.

CDA has undertaken several rural area development projects in Islamabad in the past, including the construction of rural roads, water supply schemes, and small-scale irrigation projects. These projects have helped to improve the living conditions of rural communities in Islamabad and promote economic development in the region.

Recently, The CDA Authority authorized the Islamabad Rural Area Development Project worth PKR 10 billion. However, the project still requires the approval of the DWP’s (Development Working Party) review. After that, the official work on the site would be started.
